Frances’Returns and Refunds Policies

1. Returns - Refunds: Each request will be considered case-by-case. Given the unique nature of original artwork, returns are generally not accepted unless the artwork arrives damaged. If you receive damaged artwork, please email Frances Listou within 5 business days of delivery with details and photographic evidence of the damage to arrange a replacement or refund. The return shipping costs will be determined based on the extent of the damage, and either the seller, the buyer, or the carrier will cover the cost accordingly. For the return to be accepted, the artwork must be in its new packaging, which includes the original and/or damaged packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items: All custom commissions are considered final sales and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Additionally, all 3D artwork is non-returnable and non-refundable unless specifically permitted by the artist.

3. Refund Process: If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the purchaser's original means of payment. Shipping charges for returns, if applicable, will be determined based on the specific situation and the nature of the return.
